The first airplane to adopt a parachute safety system is the Cirrus SR20.
Today, you can either pay for your BRS Whole Aircraft Rescue Parachute System when you order it or finance it. For airplanes that don't come standard with the system, you can have it installed by BRS aerospace. The system is not available for all models though, but the list of models you can install it is available here; https://brsaerospace.com/ or just contact the company if your airplane is not on the list.
