This is a backup plan as I realized I couldn't make it to downtown due to the heavy traffic. So I quickly stopped my car on the road side and came up with this plan. It turned out to be one of the most beautiful moonrise. I also met with two Planit users (Jeff and Kevin) who were there before me. They came up with the plan themselves and also got the shot they wished for.
