好书往往在多年以后读到会冷汗直冒。以上一段文字来自《富爸爸穷爸爸》,这本书一直强调不要把房产当作资产(asset),可能这个观点在5年前读到,可能还会被大多数人嗤之以鼻,但是现在读到可能变成了切肤之痛。当然,在美国养一个房子可能还涉及到房产税之类成本,养房子的成本比中国更高一些,但是在中国烂尾等情况同样令人心有余悸。
当然,这里需要说明的是作者反对的是不断增加你的支出的房产,如果是你能够有足够的资金支撑,并且能给你带来收益的房产,作者是支持买入的。
